I am grateful to Futuretech Engineers for giving me the opportunity to grow and develop my career in quality assurance. I have been with the company for over 9 years and during that time I have been promoted multiple times from Quality Inspector to Asst. Manager – Vendor Quality. I have also been sponsored by the company to complete a course in NDT level 2, which has given me the expertise to ensure the quality of the products and services provided by my suppliers at a higher level. In addition to my quality assurance experience, I am also a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Standards. This certification allows me to assess the effectiveness of the company's management systems and to identify areas for improvement. I am confident that I would not be the quality assurance professional I am today without the support and guidance of Futuretech Engineers. I am committed to continuing to grow and develop my skills in order to better serve the company and its customers. I am Gowtham, a Senior Engineer - Tooling at Futuretech Engineers. Having worked as a Turing operator at Sri Ram Engineering and Tooling Assistant Aqua Groups before joining Futuretech Engineers in 2021. In my current role, I am responsible for handling more than one crore worth of tooling equipment and managing 30+ vendors and suppliers independently. I also have the opportunity to execute various projects and initiatives in the Tooling and Production Department. I am grateful to Futuretech Engineers for giving me the opportunity to grow and develop my career in tooling. I have been able to successfully demonstrate many projects and deploy them in the company as well as the supplier companies. I am honored to be a part of the Futuretech team, and I am grateful for the trust and confidence that Peter Sir has placed in me. I am committed to continuing to grow and develop my skills in order to better serve the company and its customers. I am Vishva, a Designer in the New Product Development Department at Futuretech Engineers. I joined the company as a machine operator in 2019 and moved to the Tooling department in 2021. In 2022, I completed a few courses related to Design & New Product Development and was subsequently assessed and promoted to Design Engineer. In my current role, I am responsible for all the Fixture designs and stage Drawings for the company under the supervision of the Department Head. I am also involved in the initiative for improving special tools. I am grateful to Futuretech Engineers for giving me the opportunity to grow and develop my career. I have been given the opportunity to own and lead a few new development projects this year, and I see a bright future for me with the company.
